How did Warrior Healing Center personalize its workspace?
Before managing patients with BasicOps, Warrior Healing Center had been using Freedcamp to track and manage its patient data. Cathie emphasized, “It was a lot clunkier than BasicOps”.

In order to proficiently care for each veteran, Warrior Healing Center customizes its Tasks. Cathie says, “The way we set it up is that every individual person that comes in seeking assistance is a Task. Then we organize the information with Subtasks underneath each one”. BasicOps is helping to save lives, really”, explains Cathie.
